  • Led an industry benchmarking discussion at the PwC Complaints Forum - an event that caters to C-Suite and executive level Compliance and Customer Experience professionals.

Large Regional Bank – End-to-End Assessment

  • Identified compliance gaps as part of an in-depth assessment of all products and services offered relative to regulatory requirements and fulfillment of terms and conditions, working with a multi-competency team.

  • Drafted deliverables to formalize sustainable and repeatable processes to assess potential risks, escalate risks, monitor regulatory gaps, and track identified issues through resolution.

  • Designed the framework and strategy that set the foundation for what turned into a $65 million engagement with 150+ resources.

  • Managed day to day operations of engagement by supervising and developing junior staff, up to 20 resources on-site and remote at a time, while overseeing data management and validation.

Major Retail and Commercial Bank – Operational Playbook

  • Developed an operational playbook inclusive of policies, procedures, process flows, controls, and templates for the compliance department.

  • Compiled gap analysis for the compliance department, internal audit, and business teams at Financial Services companies in order to reduce inherent and residual risk.

  • Identified system enhancements for standard operating procedures to reduce regulatory risk.

  • Assessed the design and content of multiple test scenarios and test cases against regulatory requirements and system functionality for a new system implementation.

  • Led client discussions on third-party testing results along with potential regulatory compliance impacts of system defects.

  • Trained and on boarded new senior members of the team on the complex nature of regulatory functionality reviews.

  • Managed administrative responsibilities including engagement financials and daily client status updates.
